With the new fencing season set to begin, Excelsior will be hosting an Open House from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Monday, September 6th. If you have questions about fencing or the club, please come out and join us!
New season: 2010-2011
September is here meaning it is time to start a new fencing season! With the new season comes registration time. Please choose the program you are interested in and register. Once again we will be offering: Mini-fencing; Beginner Fencing/Intermediate Fencing; Recreational Fencing.
Please note that we are introducing the Canadian Fencing Federation’s Armband Program this year: http://www.fencing.ca/downloads/armband_program_eng.pdf . As in past years, we will have an informal competitive program. Please talk to your coach if you are interested in competing at tournaments.

Open House: July 5th
Excelsior Fencing Club will be holding an Open House on Monday, July 5th. If you are interested in learning about fencing, come on out! We tell you a little about the history of fencing, give you a brief lesson and let you try out fencing for yourself. Summer shut-down: July 19th-28th
The St. Louis Church Gymnasium will have it’s floors done on the last two weeks of July, so we will be shutting down for that time. Beginner classes will resume on August 4th. We may organize a summer potluck picnic during this time so keep an eye on this website for details!
2010 Heroes Fencing Tournament
The London Fencing Club would like to invite you and all of your fencers to the Heroes tournament. It will be held on May 2nd at Clarke Road Secondary School, London.
